The owners, Susan and Don, invite you to come enjoy their new dream home. Relax in the southeast breeze from the Atlantic Ocean and experience peace and quiet. Susan suggests you open the front door and the five sets of French Doors “and let the breeze blow thru”.

Marshbreeze Home has three bedrooms with two comfortable King size beds, one Queen size bed, plus a bunk bed on the porch.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the great room with large fireplace and French doors that open onto the porch. The North and South master bedroom suites have French doors opening onto the screened in porch.

The office/den, dining room, and the guest bedroom have views to the northeast of the private freshwater lagoon and woodlands. You are surrounded by wildlife and exotic birds, which include wood storks, hooded mergansers and pileated woodpeckers. Each season offers a variety of wildlife and birds. Go kayaking in the tidal creeks below the back porch while wood storks rest in the trees.

· One flat boat and canoe and two bikes are provided on-site. We recommend fat tire bikes for riding on the many sandy roads. This area is great for walking and biking along the dirt trails and small paved roads. There are miles of uncrowded dirt and paved roads with scenic and historic sites to explore.

· Bring your own kayaks, boats, and bikes and they can be stored in the large garage under the house.

· For motor boats, there is a public launch for a fee a few miles away. Take your own boat out to Sapelo Island (within sight of the house) and enjoy being on a beach that is truly unspoiled. You may be the only person there.

· Arrange for a private guided boat tour or take the ferry only one mile away. Visit the Barrier Islands by private boat or charter a trip with local guides.

· There is great fishing, shrimping and crabbing in the salt water rivers, St. Catherine's Sound, Sapelo Sound, and at Grays Reef in the Atlantic Ocean. Charter fishing trips can be arranged. You can have your boat serviced at the local marinas and be in the Atlantic Ocean within minutes.

· Drive 20 minutes to the Harris Neck Wildlife Reserve and see the finest bird rookeries on the Georgia Coast and probably the whole southeast Atlantic Coast.
